VITAMIN: Vitamin A

NATURAL SOURCES: Carrots-raw &juiced, pumpkins, yams, tuna, cantaloupe, mangos, turnip, beet greens, butternut squash, spinach, fish, eggs

DEFICIENCY SYMPTOMS: Poor night vision, macular degeneration, increased risk of cataracts, dry skin, hearing, taste, smell, and nerve damage

VITAMIN: Vitamin B1 (Thiamine)

NATURAL SOURCES: Rice bran, beef,peas, beans, breads, wheat germ, oranges, cereals

DEFICIENCY SYMPTOMS: Appetite and weight loss, nausea,vomiting, fatigue, nervous system problems, muscle weakness, edema, enlarged heart

VITAMIN: Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin)

NATURAL SOURCES: Poultry, fish, brocolli, turnip greens, asparagus, spinach, yogurt, milk , cheese

DEFICIENCY SYMPTOMS: Cracks and sores to corner of the mouth and tongue, red eyes, skin lesions, dizziness, hair loss, inability to sleep, sensitivity to light, poor digestion, anemia

VITAMIN: Vitamin B3 (Niacin)

NATURAL SOURCES: Chicken breast, tuna, brewer's yeast, broccoli, carrots, cheese, dates, eggs, fish, peanuts, potatoes, tomatoes

DEFICIENCY SYMPTOMS: Canker sores, diarrhea, dizziness, fatigue, halitosis, headaches, indigestion, inability to sleep, loss of appetite, dermatitis, pellagra
