Men's Health:

Although the life-expectancy gap between men and women has decreased, it's a fact that men still need to pay more attention to their bodies. Several things work against men. For example, they tend to smoke and drink more than women, and they don't seek medical help as often as women.

Of course, there are health conditions that only affect men, and it's important for them to have regular checkups and screenings.

Understanding the health risks for men is a crucial part in maintaining a healthy life. A few simple lifestyle changes can help address men's health concerns.
